This role is key to maintaining the consistently high quality of the Association’s services and is
directly responsible to the Deputy Chief Executive.

The Association provides residential homes, day services and supported living services
to people with learning disabilities.

The primary task will be to work with the service managers for the two supported living services (but with flexibility to oversee the registered care services if required). You will provide monitoring and support, as necessary, to ensure that the services operate fully within the care and support standards, the policies and procedures of the Association and the guidance within the manager’s handbook. You will also be required to participate in the senior on-call rota for all services. A full driving licence is essential.
